The concept was to find something that complimented our cocktail, wine, and beer program (or the beverage program, as you may call it). We took inspiration from the bars in Spain that offer pintxos and tapas. A trend now is tinned fish, or conservas. This is a delicious, healthy, and super interesting food made from sustainably harvested seafood from Spain and Portugal. Research led us to compile a list that features anchovies, sardines, mussels, razor clams, smoked trout, and smoked oysters from Washington State. All the seafood is served traditionally with sliced baguette, piparra peppers, piquillos, and olives. Think of it as a bar menu that provides something tasty to complement what you are drinking. It's not meant to be a dinner menu, but something delicious, fun, and healthy.

Usual Hours: Thursday to Saturday from 4pm to 9pm

Thanksgiving Week: Only open Friday & Saturday 4pm to 9pm

The bar will be closed for the season on December 9th, 2023
